My love of portraiture grew naturally from my interest in people . It is a challenge to try and capture the essence of someone's spirit with paper, scissors, and glue. I work and rework the piece until the moment the image comes to life. It brings with it a sense of wonder and grace.
This is a portrait of our good friend Paul's dad. He loved coca-cola!

I created this portrait

David is one of my
oldest and dearest friends. He is also a fine artist and a lovely, thoughtful subject. |
This is Irv. I met him late in his life when he decided to learn to carve marble. He
and his glorious wife, Flo became good friends and taught me so much about life and love. |
